Pre-Information for Training Documentation (HE1 and HV-E1)

Please read and consider the following information before attending your training:

Background

To perform specific tasks in the high-voltage environment, an official documentation of your successful training completion in the BMW IFA database is required.

This documentation is mandatory due to legal requirements and the potential risks associated with high-voltage work.

Important Note

• The documentation is not automatic, but will be processed by BMW after the training.
• A clear identification using an official ID document is required.

Your Preparation – please complete BEFORE the training

Please prepare the following document and bring it completed and signed to the training:

• Declaration Form 
  • Download the declaration form here: (LINK)
  • Fill it in completely and sign it.
  • Please pay attention to the data protection information included in the document.

During the Training

• Hand over the completed and signed declaration form to the trainer.
• Your identity will be verified by the trainer using an official ID document.

After the Training

• The trainer will forward the documents for further processing.
• The documentation of your training in the BMW IFA database will be completed afterwards by BMW.
• No further action is required from you as a participant.

Processing Time

• The documentation usually takes approximately 5 working days.
• Please consider this in your planning:
  You may only start working in the intended field of application after the documentation has been completed.
